One fact that every person in this country, and in the world, needs to keep in mind is the sheer amount of people making up our population. How many people out of 100 would you say are bad people? Most of the people I know are good. Let's say to be kind that 1 out of 100 is a jerk. 99 out of 100 are good people. That's not a bad average. However, there are 340,000,000 people in the United States. That would mean that 3.4 million are not good people. If you watch the news, no wonder you might think the world is going to hell. There's 3.4 million jerks running around and some of them really like being on tv. It might even be their job.

The good news is that there are 336 million good people in the country. They are your neighbors and your fellow citizens. This is who we need to be giving our attention to. Let the morons keep being morons while we realize how much power we truly have over them. If we round it up and break it down to a smaller number, that's 4 jerks vs 336 good people. They don't stand a chance. Don't be fooled and distracted by their tricks and media games. We are the people, not them. All we have to do is start believing it. We need to stop hoping that those we've trusted to work within our government will do the right thing. We are in charge and we know how to do the right thing.
